Villas and houses on the southern coast
In Tsarevo, Lozenets and Ahtopol much of the property is houses and villas, often on several levels and with rooms of different humidity. At the visit we check every room separately – the subfloor, the moisture and the thresholds – and tell you where laminate is suitable and where it is not.
Planning from a distance
Tsarevo is the southernmost part of the area we cover, so we plan the visit and the fitting carefully. Send us photos and the rough floor area on Viber, and we will suggest a day for the visit and, where possible, measure the whole property in one go. Travel is included in the price, whatever the distance.
Laminate and the sea climate
Humidity is higher by the sea, especially in properties that stay closed over the winter. That is why we recommend water-resistant laminate and an underlay with a vapour barrier on concrete, and we leave an expansion gap along the walls when fitting.
