Houses and villas
Around Sozopol there are many houses and villas where walls and floors are rarely perfectly straight. At the visit we measure each room separately and check the subfloor. If needed, we level it before fitting so the floor does not creak later.
Laminate over old floorboards
Older houses often have wooden floorboards. Laminate can only go over them if they are sound, dry and level. We check at the visit and tell you honestly whether the boards can stay or need preparing first.
Rental properties
For flats and rooms that are let out, we recommend class 33 and water-resistant ranges. The best time to replace the floor is outside the season – between October and April.
