Flats in complexes
Most homes in Sunny Beach are in managed complexes. If the complex has rules for renovation work – working hours, lift use, a place to unload – we follow them and agree everything with the manager in advance.
Getting ready for the season
Laminate in a holiday rental wears faster than in a home. That is why we recommend class 33 and water-resistant ranges, especially on lower floors and close to the beach. The best time to replace the floor is between October and April, so everything is ready for the first guests.
If you live elsewhere or abroad
Many Sunny Beach owners do not live here. Send us photos and the floor area on Viber and we will give you a rough price. We arrange access for the visit and fitting through the property manager or someone you trust, and send you photos of the finished floor.
Prices in Sunny Beach
