One price across the region
The price of fitting does not depend on where your home is. Standard fitting is €11 per m², and glued fitting €13 per m², whether you are in Burgas, Tsarevo or Sungurlare. Travel is included and the minimum order is €150. See all our laminate installation prices.
How we plan jobs outside Burgas
- Photos in advance. Send us photos of the rooms and the rough floor area on Viber, so we arrive prepared.
- Everything measured in one visit. For more remote jobs we measure every room on the first trip.
- Fitting 1–3 days after the visit. That includes the time the laminate needs to acclimatise.
- Access without you being there. If you are in another town or abroad, we arrange access through the property manager or someone you trust.
The coast and inland
On the coast most jobs are holiday rentals, guest houses and villas, where moisture resistance and durability matter. Inland – Aytos, Karnobat, Sredets, Sungurlare – there are more houses and older flats, where the main task is preparing the subfloor. We agree a convenient day when you call. Fitting is usually 1–3 days after the visit.
Can you fit the floor if I am not there?
Yes. We arrange access through the property manager or someone you trust, and send you photos on Viber when the job is done.
