Guest houses and family hotels
In Primorsko and Kiten many owners let out several rooms or a whole floor. When the floor is replaced in every room at once, we do them one after another, so the job is finished quickly and the same laminate runs throughout. We agree the number of rooms and the order of work at the visit.
Which laminate for rental rooms
Rental rooms take heavy use in summer – suitcases, sand, wet feet from the beach. That is why we recommend class 33 and water-resistant ranges, which cope better with frequent mopping. We do not lay laminate in bathrooms, and we fit a threshold strip at the bathroom door to protect the edge.
When to renovate
The best time is between October and April. The laminate has time to acclimatise and, if there are several rooms, there is time for all of them before the first guests. If you are not in Primorsko, send us photos on Viber and we will arrange access for the visit and fitting.
Prices in Primorsko
