Flats in apartment blocks
In the apartment blocks of Aytos, the screed under old laminate or vinyl is often uneven. We take up the old floor, check the subfloor and level it if needed, so the new laminate does not creak. Removal costs €4 per m², and we take the waste away.
Houses and ground floors
In houses and on ground floors, a floor above a cellar or straight on concrete is colder. This is where the underlay matters: we choose one that insulates better against cold and moisture from below. If the house has underfloor heating, the laminate must be compatible with it – we will tell you what to look for in the shop.
The visit and the fitting
The home visit in Aytos is free and with no obligation. We measure, check the subfloor and give you the exact price on the spot, and fitting is usually 1–3 days after the visit – that includes the time the laminate needs to acclimatise.
