Laminate for holiday rentals
Many flats in Nesebar are let out over the summer. Their floors take far more than usual – suitcases, sand, frequent cleaning. That is why we recommend class 33 or a thicker laminate for rental properties, as it copes better with heavy use.
The best time to renovate is between October and April. There is time to let the laminate acclimatise, fit it without rushing and have the flat ready for the first guests.
Damp by the sea
Flats that stay closed over the winter pick up moisture. For them it is best to choose a water-resistant laminate and air the flat now and then. When fitting, we leave an expansion gap along the walls so the floor can move freely as humidity changes.
If you are not in Nesebar
Many owners live in another town or abroad. Send us photos and the rough floor area on Viber, and we can arrange access for the visit and fitting through your property manager or someone you trust. Once the floor is done, we send you photos.
Prices in Nesebar
