Laminate fitting in Burgas starts at €11 per m², the home visit is free and travel anywhere in the Burgas region is included. We usually fit 1–3 days after the visit, and the laminate needs to rest in the room for 24–48 hours beforehand. We work every day from 8:00 to 20:00.
How much does laminate fitting cost in Burgas?
Standard fitting is €11 per m², and glued fitting €13 per m². We give you the exact price after the free home visit.
What is included in the price?
Fitting, travel anywhere in the Burgas region, waste removal and cleaning up. You buy the laminate, underlay and skirting separately.
Do you charge for the home visit?
No. The visit and advice are free and there is no obligation.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, €150. That way we can come for a single room or hallway with no extra charges.
Will you fit laminate I have bought myself?
Yes. We fit laminate from any shop. If you are still choosing, we will tell you at the visit which class and thickness suit your home.

How soon can you fit the floor?
Usually 1–3 days after the home visit. That includes the acclimatisation time.
How long does fitting take?
A 15–20 m² room is usually done in a few hours, and a 60–70 m² flat in one to two days, depending on the subfloor and the number of rooms.
Why does laminate need to rest before fitting?
Laminate expands and contracts as temperature and humidity change. Manufacturers recommend leaving it in the room where it will be laid for 24–48 hours.
Can laminate go over an old floor?
Over level, sound tiles or concrete – yes. Carpet, vinyl and old laminate have to come up, because the subfloor must be firm and level.
What if the subfloor is uneven?
An uneven subfloor is levelled before fitting – otherwise the laminate creaks and the joints open up. We give you the levelling price after the visit.
Do I need to move the furniture out?
Yes, the room needs to be clear. We work faster and there is no risk of damage.
Will my doors still close?
New laminate with underlay raises the floor by about a centimetre. If a door starts to catch, we trim it – €12 per door.
Which laminate should I choose?
For most homes, 8 mm class 32 is enough. For hallways, kitchens and rental properties, class 33 or a thicker laminate is better. We will advise you at the visit.
Is laminate suitable for a flat by the sea?
Yes, but it is best to choose a water-resistant laminate. Flats that stay closed over the winter need airing.
Can laminate go in a kitchen or bathroom?
In a kitchen – yes, with a water-resistant laminate and care around the sink. We do not recommend laminate in a bathroom, where water is constant.
How much laminate should I buy?
The floor area plus 5–10% for cutting. If you are not sure, wait for the visit – we will tell you the exact amount.

No. Travel anywhere in the Burgas region is included in the price.

Yes, we work every day from 8:00 to 20:00.
